When we get our servers up and running again. I think we should start having some sort of training sessions again. Sniper and I both are in training to be CFI's (Certified Flight Instructors). One of the things I think would be great to go over is Spin Entry, Auto Gyration, and Recovery Proceedures.
For now, use this thread as a in-prompt-to guide for spin recoverys until discussions on how and why these steps are important are addressed in formal training.
1. Neutralize aileron input. VERY IMPORTANT STEP 2. Neutralize elevator input. 3. Full rudder in the opposite direction of rotation. * in a flat spin senerio, include droping landing gear. 4. Recovery: a. Roll wings level. b. Agreesive pull to horizontal flight to arrest rate of decent for minimal altitude loss. 5. Throttle full
We will go over terms in this particular training that will discuss turning tendancies of an aircrat which include:
P-Factor Torque Spiraling Slip Stream Gyroscopic Precession Advers Yaw
